The largest owner-operators are Gazprom PJSC (6), Novatek PJSC (5) and Yamal LNG (4) — Gazprom PJSC alone is named on 12% of them. Half of Russia's LNG terminals in service predate 2019 (median commissioning year of the 14 with a known date), 11 came online in the past decade and the oldest still listed is Sakhalin II LNG Terminal, dating from 2009. 26 are in the pipeline, led by Taimyr LNG Terminal (50 Mtpa), proposed.
