Following Table 6.2-12 in the JICA report, 1032 ('Total' + HPP Nam Ou 3 210 MW) MW of generating capacity (mostly hydro) is designated for export purposes to VNMNO by latest 2025 including transmission developments to support said exports. We assume that this equals the available transmission capacity by 2025.
