The Ministry of Power of the government of India mentions that the power transfer between Bhutan and India by 2024-2025 is expected to increase to 4200 MW. The transfer capacity is used to export electricity from Bhutan's hydro facilities. The assumed unidirectional planned capacity therefore is 4200 MW - 1980 MW = 2220 MW.
